Interim City Manager Kim Goldener is pleased to announce that Ms. Lorrie Waters has been selected as the next City Clerk for Jasper. Ms. Waters has been with the City of Canton for the last 25 years, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director.

"We had several excellent candidates for the Clerk position, all bringing great experience and talent to the table," said Ms. Goldener. She added "Lorrie's many years of municipal experience stood out among the candidates, and she brings a wealth of knowledge with her. We look forward to having her become a part of Team Jasper."

Lorrie and her husband Robbie live in Jasper. Her anticipated start date is Monday, February 5, 2024.
